We started Chillatte with a simple mission: to bring the vibrant energy of premium coffee and matcha to the heart of Metro Detroit. Our mobile beverage cart was born from a desire to create memorable experiences for private events, where every guest deserves a moment of pure refreshment.
From our first pop up in the city, we have focused on delivering high-quality, customizable drinks that elevate any celebration. We believe in the power of a perfectly crafted cup to bring people together and create lasting memories for every event we touch.
Meet the Founder
Shirley
Shirley has always been passionate about coffee since the early days of her life. From working at Starbucks as a barista to brewing up her own fix at home, she never failed to put thought into every cup she made. Due to such passion, she decided to open up Chillatte so she could share that joy with other people around her. Shirley also enjoys being out in nature with her sheep, collecting berries, traveling to tropical places, and working out.
