What is Chillatte?

Chillatte is a mobile drink cart serving handcrafted iced coffee, matcha, refreshers, lemonade, and popping boba. We bring a fun, customizable drink experience directly to your event!
 

What types of events do you serve?

We’re available for weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, graduation parties, corporate events, fitness classes, school events, tournaments, community gatherings, and more. If you’re planning something special, we’d love to hear about it!
 

How does booking work?

Start by submitting an inquiry through our website. Please include your event date, location, estimated number of guests, and the type of service you’re interested in. We’ll contact you with availability and a personalized quote.
 

How much does it cost to book Chillatte?

Pricing depends on your event length, location, and service style. Since every event is different, we provide a customized quote based on your needs. However, $200/hour is standard in most of the Metro Detroit area.
 

Can I customize the menu?

Yes! You can choose from our coffee, matcha, lemonade, refresher, and popping-boba options to create a menu that fits your event. We can also help you create specialty drinks or themed names for an extra-personal touch. 
 

What does Chillatte need for setup?

We need access to a standard electrical outlet and a level space for the cart. Outdoor events need a 10'x10' space, while indoor spaces will take around 6'x7'. We’ll confirm all setup details with you before your event.
 

Do you serve indoor and outdoor events?

Yes! We can serve both indoor and outdoor events when the space and weather conditions are suitable. For outdoor bookings, we’ll discuss weather protection and setup requirements ahead of time.
 

What areas do you serve?

Chillatte is based near Northville and Novi, Michigan, and serves events throughout the surrounding area. Events more than 25 miles away from Novi will require an additional travel fee. Send us your location, and we’ll let you know!
 

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary preferences?

Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when booking. We’ll explain the available options and do our best to accommodate your guests. However, our equipment and ingredients may come into contact with common allergens, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. We do have milk alternatives available upon request.
 

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weekends and larger events. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule, so it never hurts to ask!
 

Is a deposit required?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining 50% will be due 2 days before the event.
 

What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings are fully refundable 2 weeks prior to event. 50% of deposit will be refunded from 1 to 2 weeks before event, and no refunds for cancellations less than one week prior to event. Events can be rescheduled at no cost up to one week before.

Is Chillatte licensed and insured?
Yes, Chillatte is insured and fully licensed as a mobile food unit in the state of Michigan.
